Post ideas for Clefairy here.

Same problem as Slowking+Shellder, only it's more prevalent here. I think we want to avoid entries that reference another Pokemon at random.
I don't like that one at all anyway, it takes something away from both Clefairy and Jirachi IMO.
I suck at coming up with original entries though so I'll leave that to someone else.
Legend has it that CLEFAIRY landed on Earth during a meteor shower 10,000 years ago. Many cave paintings have been discovered depicting it falling out of the sky.
Helpful tip of the day:
Want to become a great PI? Always remember to zip up your pants.
Could we try something other than cave paintings? C/K's caves must look like the Sistine Chapel by now. I like the entry otherwise.
Awesome.
Edit: IB ninja'd.
Yeah change the cave stuff but I like it otherwise.
How's this instead:
Legend has it that CLEFAIRY landed on Earth during a meteor shower 10,000 years ago. Ancient stone tablets often depict it falling out of the sky.

The "often" seems off to me. Why would it be often? it seems a little hand-wavy. Just removing it doesn't work either, since the two sentences don't flow into each other that well. I don't mind ancient stone tablets though, those are fair game to use.

+1 to zero's.

I think too many of our Pokedex entries talk about prehistory. Is it possible to avoid that?
CLEFAIRY are believed to have came to the Earth during a meteor shower 10,000 years ago. They can execute a variety of attacks to surprise it's enemies by using METRONOME.

I really like Zero's though. Just to count how many reference ancient history:
Arcanine (it's just in passing though): "It has been loved since ancient times for ___"
Remoraid (this one almost doesn't count): "For millenia it relied upon MANTINE..."
Espeon (this one definitely counts): "In ancient times, Espeon was worshipped..."
Lapras (this also counts): "Cave depictions..."
Relicanth (this one couldn't really be anything but)
Jirachi (legendary)
Wolvine (this one absolutely doesn't count): "Grounded in ancient martial arts doctrine, it can disarm as easily as it can destroy opponents in battle."
Quiisord (Nearly unnoticeable): "Early fencing came about from..."
Khaphix (one-off desert Sphinx Pokemon)
The fossil Pokemon (What else?)
Neichia (legendary)
Typhidna (legendary)
Kipporok (legendary)
16/200 Pokemon, that makes just about 8% so far. If you don't count that ones that should very obviously reference ancient times or that are legendary that brings it down to 6/200, which is more like 3%. Only two non-legendary, non-ancient Pokemon (Lapras and Espeon) very explicitly reference ancient times when they could reference something else instead.
Just something to think about.
So back to the issue on hand, that makes +2 right?
Yes.
